4. Free Demo Classes

Free demo classes are offered to help you assess fit before enrolling. A demo booking does not guarantee tutor availability at a specific time and is subject to confirmation by our support team.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a paid course, so we can advise on the options available to you.
